NAIR Exfoliating Facial Hair Removal Cream for Women - Smooth Skin Solution with Collagen for Sensitive Skincare

I am taking hair growth medication for alopecia. Finestride, minoxidil and recently added Nutrafol. This combination is just great.However over time I noticedthat my makeup just didn’t look right when applied. There would be discolored areas. Last week I was looking at my arms. I haven’t had hair on my arms…menopause… for years. Fine with me but I was under a light and noticed I had this fine hair on my arms and back of hand. All light and of the same height. Finally I looked at my face. I need reading glasses so I rarely can see my face completely clearly. I had this really long peach fuzz all over my face and neck, the same areas as a man’s beard.I could actually grab hold of the hair. UGH.So first I thought I’d go the an esthetician but that is expensive.So I remembers NAIR and thought I’d look and see if they had anything formulated for the face. I always read the good and bad reviews but decided the positives sounded good. Well I just got it today and slowly applied it to small areas at a time to my face. It is perfect. Leaving the arms alone.My skin is slightly red but it is also an exfoliant so I expected that. I just put on moisture. My skin is so soft and pretty. Really freshens the face. Absolutely leave it on for 5 minutes or under. Also careful around the brows. Use your finger. With my new hair growth treatments not only did I get arm and face hair but my eyebrows got bushier and I now have eyelashes growing! Not removing that!

I haven’t used Nair since I was traumatized back in 1996 with a burn reaction and now in my 40’s, I am tired of tweezing in the car with the sunlight just to get my chin and neck witch hairs. Followed the instructions and WOW. Not a single burn or irritated feeling - so much so that I was worried it didn’t work. Rinsed it clean and smooth like a baby with no redness - can’t even tell I used anything!

I don't have particularly sensitive skin so I figured I'd be safe using this product. I was wrong. After just a few seconds I felt a bit of a burn but nothing unusual for this type of product. At the 5 minute mark I wiped it off and boy howdy, the burn was obvious. My face was beet red were I'd applied the cream on my chin and along the jawline. Fortunately I had a great lotion on hand to ease the pain. Makeup covered the red so I thought all was okay. That night I took my makeup off and there were still areas where there was evidence of chemical burns. In particular I have three spots of discolored skin, this cream made them rough and scaly. Never again. I'm back to plucking and returning this product.
